Winter is a time of year where nature focuses energy inwards and trees shed old leaves and branches to prepare for new growth in the Spring.
Inspired by these natural cycles, as we step into a new year, we invite you to embrace this quiet, dark time as an opportunity to turn inward.
Each of us carries stories that shape our beliefs about who we are - voices that quietly guide our choices and paths, often beneath our conscious awareness.
We will guide you through a process of noticing, understanding these stories and gently releasing those that no longer serve you, or limit you, making space for new narratives to grow.
What to expect?
The workshop will be divided into three segments:
Connect with Self: Engage in reflective exercises to identify the stagnant stories you want to release.
Sharing: Participate in storytelling and theater activities to vocalize your journey and experiences with others.
Ritual for Letting Go: Conclude the session with a cathartic ritual designed to release the old narratives and create space for new beginnings in 2026.
Please note, the venue is only accessible with stairs.
What to Bring:
• A journal or notebook
• Comfortable clothing
• A bottle of water
• An open heart and mind
Donation based - Suggested donation €8
