Mountain Mysteries

Mountain mysteries is an interactive story-telling adventure board-game created for practicing English in a fun and engaging way. 

The game was created by Mike Astbury for a speaking class for ESL, and adapted by Alice. The game featured simple character sheets and a map of the mountain. Players worked in groups of 3 - 5 people and took turns to draw scenario cards and discuss what they would do to overcome challenges they faced on their adventure. 

This hiking adventure roleplay is a great way to introduce people to role-play without any previous experience. A great game to practice soft skills such as listening, creative problem-solving and collaboration.
